National Privacy Principles
Hospitality Connections have voluntarily adopted The National Privacy Principles established by the Commonwealth
Privacy Act 1988.
Hospitality Connections provide a range of business and management services either directly or through our subsidiaries
and affiliates.

Information that we collect and hold may include the following:
· Client business data, General and Proprietary Information
· Employer information provided for the purposes of job specification and recruitment criteria
· Candidate Information submitted by the Candidate and other sources in connection with recruitment applications
and work permits
· Personal Candidate information including date of birth; current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile
numbers; email addresses, driver's licence; passport and identity card details; work permits; residency permits;
police clearances
· Work performance information; general background and reference check information
· Information about incidents in the workplace
· Information in relation to absences from work due to leave, illness or other causes
· Information obtained to assist in managing client and business relationships
Purposes for which we Hold Personal Information
We primarily hold personal information for the following reasons:

We contract out a number of services from time to time. Our contractors and affiliates may see some of your information
in the course of our business relationship.

We may charge a fee for searching for and providing access to you your information.
